Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup almond flour

3 tbsp. cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)

1 scoop collagen (optional)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 egg

1/4 cup agave

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line two mini loaf pans (you can find them at Marshall’s/TJ Maxx/Tuesday Morning.)

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Whisk the wet ingredients together in a small bowl

  4. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined

  5. Divide batter into two mini loaf pans and swirl nut butter if you desire

  6. Bake for 35 minutes and let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing them from the pans.
