Cinnamon Pear Crumble
Ingredients:
4 pears (cut into small pieces)
2 tsp. @naturevibeusa ceylon cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp. honey
Dash of Himalayan pink salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a saucepan, stir together the first three ingredients, cover, and let cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients until mixture becomes crumbly.
Take pears off heat, pour into an 8x8, top with crumble, and bake for 15 minutes.
