Chocolate Banana Icecream Bars
**This post is sponsored by Perfectly Free Treats; all opinions are my own.**
This summer heat has really been getting to me, so you bet I've been eating alllll the ice-cream! Sure it's good to just eat out of the pint, but it's WAY more fun to eat it in bar form :) These CHOCOLATE BANANA ICE-CREAM BARS are out this world good and there's only 4 ingredients involved...
2 frozen bananas
1 pint of @perfectlyfreetreats fudge swirl ice-cream
2 cups granola
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Directions:
Pour the granola and coconut oil into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until well combined.
Then, in a pan (I used an 8x8), press down the granola mixture (it's a pretty thin layer, but you can totally blend together more granola and coconut oil together if you prefer a thicker crust).
In the same blender or food processor that you used for the crust, combine the frozen bananas and ice-cream pint until well combined & spread mixture over the crust.
Store in the freezer until set (I kept mine in there overnight, but it will most likely be set in 3-4 hours)... then ENJOY!
@perfectlyfreetreats also has FROZEN BITES which are seriously the most perfect little treats ever! All of their products are free of the top 8 allergens, and they use simple real ingredients, which is so important to me when choosing which products to buy. Also, the colors of the frozen bites are all naturally colored i.e. ---> the mint chocolate bites are colored green using spirulina extract! So if you are interested in buying some pints or frozen ice-cream bites, I will leave the Perfectly Free Treats website below so that you can see if they are sold in any stores near you!
