Lemon Poppyseed Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp. poppy seeds (you can also use chia seeds)
1/4 cup honey (melted)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 3 small lemons)
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp. almond milk (or water)
Directions:
Whisk together the dry ingredients then stir in the wet ingredients.
Roll dough into balls and keep them in the freezer!
