It's summer and what better way to celebrate this perfect weather than with some cold berry gummies?! They have the best 'fresh taste' and make for the perfect snack or dessert. Just 4 simple ingredients and you have the tastiest treat!

Ingredients:

1 cup kombucha (I used Superberry flavor)

6 tbsp. Vital Proteins beef gelatin

2 tbsp. pure maple syrup or honey

2 cups chopped strawberries

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, stir together the kombucha and gelatin.

  2. Set it aside to allow it to "gel."

  3. In a blender, combine the pure maple syrup/honey with the strawberries.

  4. Once well combined, pour the mixture into a pot on the stove and stir until it starts to get just a little bubbly. (I kept the heat at about a 4 and it cooked down for about 5 minutes.)

  5. Put the gelatin mixture into the strawberry mixture and stir until everything is combined.

  6. Pour into either gummy molds or an ice tray and refrigerate for at least an hour. (I left my in the fridge overnight).

{There are SO many great benefits to these gummies! The beef gelatin contains lots of protein and has the same benefits as collagen peptides (healthy skin and nails, great for your gut, and eases joint pain), it just gels differently! If you would like to purchase some of the beef gelatin, I will leave the link below.
