Toasted Coconut French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 @canyonglutenfree english muffin

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • Splash of almond milk

  • Desiccated coconut

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, cinnamon, and almond milk.

  2. Pour the desiccated coconut into another small bowl.

  3. Dip the english muffin slices into the egg mixture, then into the coconut, and air fry at 350F for 5 minutes!
