Single Serving Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a microwaveable bowl or mug {I used a little glass jar}, whisk together the egg & almond milk.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
    {I topped my with @maranathanutbutters almond butter + @enjoylifefoods mini dark chocolate chips}
