Raspberry Apple Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gf baking flour {or all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk {i used almond milk}

  • 1/4 cup oil {I used olive oil}

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup raspberries {diced}

  • 1/2 cup apples {diced}

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then stir in the fruit.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & stir until well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes!
