Pumpkin Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free flour}

  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour batter into a greased or lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes!
