Pizza Bagel Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • FILLING: Marinara & cheese cubes

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, then stir in the yogurt.

  2. Split the dough into 6 bites, flatten each and fill each with about a small amount of sauce + small cheese cubes, and carefully close them.

  3. Place a piece of aluminum foil in your air fryer and spray with a little oil before adding the bites {spray the tops of the bagel bites with oil as well}

  4. Air-fry at 350F for 8 minutes! {I made 4 at a time; you can also bake them in the oven, but they will require more time}
