Peanut Butter S'more Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup cassava flour {OR all purpose flour}

  • 1/4 cup sugar {I used coconut sugar}

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • Chocolate chips/marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Roll the dough into 10-13 balls, place on the baking sheet, and slightly flatten each cookie.

  5. Top with chocolate chips & small pieces of marshmallows & bake for 10 minutes!
