PB&J Oat Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup mashed strawberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. Blend all of the ingredients together {you’ll need a high powered blender or a food processor}, pour into the 8x8 baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes!
