Pancake Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 small ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 1/2 cups @birchbenders paleo pancake mix

  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and mashed bananas.

  3. Stir in the paleo pancake mix.

  4. Place half of the batter into another bowl and stir in the cacao powder.

  5. Layer the batters into the loaf pan {i did plain first, then topped with the chocolate batter}, and bake for 30 minutes! {let cool 10-15 minutes before cutting slices}
