Mini Blueberry Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp. warmed + mashed blueberries {I used frozen wild blueberries}

  • 1 tbsp. agave {or pure maple syrup}

  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

  • 3 tbsp. almond flour

  • 2 tbsp. cassava flour {OR all purpose flour}

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

  2. Stir in the dry ingredients and pour the batter into a mini donut maker!

  3. I topped mine with @kitehillfoods yogurt + @juliesreal cashew butter drizzle + coconut!
