Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tsp. olive oil {OR coconut oil/avocado oil}
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup gluten free baking flour {or all purpose flour}
2-3 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions:
Stir together the egg, oil, and almond milk.
Add in the dry ingredients & make sure everything is well combined!
Pour the batter on a big plate or bowl, spread it into a thin layer, and microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
