Mac and Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chickpea pasta

  • 1 bag mozzarella

  • Splash of almond milk

  • Salt/Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly coat a mini muffin tin with coconut oil.

  2. Cook the @eatbanza chickpea pasta on the stove for 7 minutes, then strain it.

  3. Pour the pasta back into the pot and stir in the cheese and almond milk, until melted.

  4. Spoon the mac n cheese into the mini muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes (allowing it to cool afterwards for 5-10 minutes.) Enjoy!
