Lemon Cake Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free flour}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • Zest from 1 lemon

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.

  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon the batter into the donut pan {makes 6} and bake for 10 minutes!
