Homemade Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs & melted butter {make sure the butter is cooled first}

  3. Stir in the coconut flour and baking powder, then transfer dough to a wide oven safe bowl {i used a gibson home bowl; make sure to spray/coat the bowl with a little oil first}

  4. Spread the dough into a thin circle and bake for 25 minutes {after it cooled, i cut it into 4 slices!}
