Gingerbread Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free baking flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg

  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup  almond milk

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined.

  4. Pour into the 8x8 and bake for 20 minutes! {Let them cool at least 10-15 minutes cool before topping with icing.}
