Funfetti Vanilla Protein Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp. almond milk

  • 3 tbsp. almond flour

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder

  • sprinkles

Directions:

  1. In a microwavable mug or bowl (I used this ceramic from Home Goods), whisk together the egg and almond milk.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
