Flourless Blueberry Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp. vanilla protein

  • 3-4 tbsp. wild blueberries

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana & egg together, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Cook on low-medium heat! :They’re a little more difficult to flip, so I lightly wet the spatula before flipping.}
