Flourless Banana Donuts
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed banana {about 3 small bananas}
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup nut butter {i used @maisiejanessunshine cashew butter from my @hivebrandsofficial box}
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup vanilla protein {i used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein}
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.
Put all of the ingredients into a high powdered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy.
Pour batter into the donut pan {makes 7-8 donuts; if you only have a donut pan with 6 you can pour the rest of the batter into a muffin tin!}
Bake for 12 minutes! {i let mine cool before topping with @siggisdairy yogurt + cinnamon}
