Flourless Banana Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed banana {about 3 small bananas}

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup nut butter {i used @maisiejanessunshine cashew butter from my @hivebrandsofficial box}

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein {i used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein}

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a high powdered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour batter into the donut pan {makes 7-8 donuts; if you only have a donut pan with 6 you can pour the rest of the batter into a muffin tin!}

  4. Bake for 12 minutes! {i let mine cool before topping with @siggisdairy yogurt + cinnamon}
