Cookies and Cream Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten flour (or all purpose flour)

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan {you can find mine on my amazon shop—link in bio!}

  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon batter into the donut pan {makes 6} and bake for 10 minutes! {i topped mine with @missjonesbakes vanilla icing + @traderjoeslist gluten free joe joe cookies}
