Collagen Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour {in a food processor or high powered blender, pulse oats until you get a flour consistency}

  • 2 scoops @ancientnutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, and almond milk.

  3. Stir in the oat flour, collagen, cinnamon, coconut sugar, & baking powder.

  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. (Let cool before cutting slices)
