Cinnamon Banana Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour {blend oats until you get a flour consistency, then measure}

  • 1/3 cup sugar {I used coconut sugar}

  • 2 small ripe bananas {1/2 cup mashed}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients & stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour the batter into the donut pan {makes 6 donuts} & bake for 8 minutes! {I topped mine with blueberry yogurt & coconut.}
