Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a loaf pan.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, and almond milk.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  4. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined.

  5. Pour into the loaf pan, bake for 30-35 minutes, & let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting slices!
