Chocolate Cookie Cups

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gf baking flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray the cookie cup pan.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg & milk.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, & baking powder.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined.

  5. Spoon batter into the 6 cookie cups and bake for 7 minutes!
