Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cashew flour {or almond flour}

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • dash of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder {I used @lilsipper special edition @nuzest_usa protein}

  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips {I used @enjoylifefoods inside & for the chocolate coating}

  • 2 tbsp. nut or seed butter

  • 3 tbsp. almond milk

Directions:

  1. Stir everything together, roll into 6 or 7 balls, slightly flatten, and coat in melty chocolate.

  2. Store in the fridge/freezer & enjoy!
