Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cashew flour {or almond flour}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F & spray a mini loaf pan {I found mine at @homegoods but you can probably find one on @amazon too!}
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Fill the loaf pan {8 mini slots} and bake for 15 minutes!
