Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cashew flour {or almond flour}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a mini loaf pan {I found mine at @homegoods but you can probably find one on @amazon too!}

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Fill the loaf pan {8 mini slots} and bake for 15 minutes!
