Chocolate Banana Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour {blend oats until you get a flour consistency, then measure}

  • 1/3 cup sugar {I used coconut sugar}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 2 small ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients & stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour the batter into the donut pan {makes 7 donuts; or if you have a pan with just 6 slots, you can pour the remaining batter into a mug and microwave for 1 minute!} & bake for 10 minutes! {I topped mine with @siggisdairy plain yogurt + banana slices + drizzle of honey}
