Chickpea Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:

  • 15.5oz can chickpeas {rinsed & drained}

  • 3/4 cup walnut flour {or almond flour}

  • 1/4 cup nut or seed butter {i used @abbysbetter date pecan butter 〰️ code ‘harvesthealth’ saves you 20% off your order!}

  • 1/4 cup honey {or pure maple syrup}

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a 8x8 baking dish.

  2. Put all of the ingredients {except the chocolate chips} into a food processor and blend until everything is well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Smooth out the batter in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes!
