Chewy Banana Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond or cashew flour
1/3 cup vanilla protein {I used @nuzest_usa protein}
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup nut/seed butter {I used @abbysbetter date pecan butter}
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, mash together the banana, egg, nut/seed butter.
Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is combined.
Use your hands or spoons/ice cream scoop to make 15-16 cookies {crisscross the tops with a fork.}
Bake for 7-8 minutes, then transfer to cooking rack!
