Cereal Pancake Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup @kodiakcakes gluten free pancake mix

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • Cereal of your choice {i used fruity pebbles; crumbled some into the batter & added more on top}

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & lightly spray a donut pan with oil.

  2. Stir together all of the ingredients, then spoon the batter into the donut pan {makes 5-6 donuts.}

  3. Bake for 10 minutes & let cool before topping!
