Cashew Oat Blender Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups cashew flour
1 tbsp. honey
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.
Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. {Allow it to cool before cutting slices.}
