Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • Chicken strips or chicken breast {i used @traderjoeslist organic chicken strips}

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-2 tbsp. buffalo sauce

  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Whisk together the eggs & buffalo sauce in a small bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, salt, & black pepper.

  4. Cut the chicken into small pieces, dip into egg mixture, and then into flour mixture.

  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through!
