Brownie Loaves

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup cashew butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1 cup  almond flour

  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a mini loaf pan.

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl & the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry, fill the loaves about 1/2 way full {makes 8}, & top with marshmallows or chocolate chips!

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
