Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup almond or cashew flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.
Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.
Use two spoons or your hands to make 10-12 bites and bake for 10 minutes!
I topped mine with @abbysbetter date pecan butter and coconut.
