Blender Oat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour batter into the loaf pan & bake for 20 minutes!
