Blender Banana Oat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup honey {or pure maple syrup}

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a loaf pan.

  2. Put everything into a high-powered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan & bake for 20 minutes!
