Blender Banana Oat Bread Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup agave/pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. Put everything into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 25 minutes! {Let cool at least 5-10 minutes before cutting into bars.}
