Banana Bread Donut Holes

Ingredients:

  • 3 small ripe bananas {mashed}

  • 1/4 cup runny almond butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls {I made around 21}, coat in cinnamon + coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes! {If you use bigger bananas and your dough is too wet to roll into balls, you can add a few more tbsp. of oat flour.}
