Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients:

  • 3 small ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup nut or seed butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 cup oat flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the egg and nut butter.

  3. Stir in the dry ingredients.

  4. Use a small ice-cream scoop or two spoons to make 20 bites & bake for 10 minutes! {best stored in the fridge}
