Baked Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gf flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.

  2. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon batter into the donut pan {makes 6} and bake for 10-12 minutes!
