Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients & Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Whisk together two eggs in a small bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together 1 cup almond flour + Italian seasoning + pink salt + black pepper.

  4. Cut chicken into small pieces, dip into egg, and then into seasoning mix.

  5. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through!
