Cinnamon Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 tsp. coconut oil/butter/ghee

1 egg

1 tbsp. almond milk

1 small mashed banana

1 tsp. @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey

1/4 tsp. baking powder

3 tbsp. @bobsredmill almond flour

1 tbsp. coconut flour

1/2 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon

1 scoop @ancientnutrition collagen (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a microwaveable bowl or mug, melt the coconut oil/butter (about 20-30 seconds).

  2. Let it cool for a few seconds, then whisk in the egg, almond milk and honey.

  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
