Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

16oz can chickpeas (rinsed & drained)

3/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

1/4 cup @traderjoes almond butter

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)

1/4 cup almond milk

Dash of sea salt

1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 & spray/line a 9x9 baking dish.

  2. Put everything into a food processor and process until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into the baking dish, top with chocolate chunks/chocolate chips and bake for 20-25 minutes! {I stored the rest of my in the fridge}
