Cacao Almond Pancakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

1 tbsp. @santabarbarachocolate cacao powder

1/4 tsp. baking powder1 scoop @ancientnutrition collagen (optional)

1 egg

2 tbsp. almond milk

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the egg and milk, then stir in the rest of the ingredients!

  2. I dropped two tbsp. of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  3. Topped with @kitehillfoods unsweetened plain yogurt, pure maple syrup, and pumpkin seeds!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
