Vanilla Acai Energy Balls

Ingredients:

1/4 cup @suncorefoods vanilla açaí protein powder

1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

2 tbsp. almond butter

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. @salbachia white chia seeds

1 tbsp. @manitobaharvest hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Stir everything together (or use your hands to combine).

  2. Roll dough into balls (I made 6 big energy balls, but you can definitely make about 10 small ones)

  3. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks!
