Almond Butter Jam Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup oat flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 tbsp. almond milk @croftersorganic raspberry jam

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and baking powder.

  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (besides the jam) and roll dough into balls (I did about 1 tbsp. each and made 15 cookies).

  4. Make a thumbprint into each cookie, spoon in the jam, and bake for 10 minutes!
