Fudgy Almond Butter Banana Brownies

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1/4 cup almond butter (any nut/seed butter would work)

1 egg

1/4 cup agave (you could use honey, but that definitely has more of a distinct taste; pure maple syrup also works)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

1/4 cup @santabarbarachocolate cacao powder

Dash of pink salt

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients then whisk in the dry ingredients.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, pour batter into the 8x8 pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes! (allow them to sit in the pan for at least 5 minutes—trust me on this one!)
